The Points Guy has released its monthly valuations for November 2026, providing a benchmark for the typical value of points and miles across major airline, hotel and credit card rewards programs. The estimates are based on factors such as cash prices, award availability, taxes and fees, along with data from Points Path and Gondola and expert analysis where information is limited.

TPG says the figures represent common redemption scenarios rather than the highest or lowest possible values. The publication rounds valuations to the nearest 0.05 cents, and notes that changes to award pricing, transfer partnerships and other program terms can affect the value members receive.

The biggest update this month is the addition of Rove miles, valued at 2.05 cents each. TPG places Rove alongside Chase Ultimate Rewards and says it trails only Bilt Points among the transferable currencies it tracks. Its assessment considered both the value of Rove redemptions and the number and quality of its transfer partners.

Rove currently has 22 transfer partners, including Japan Airlines Mileage Bank and Lufthansa Miles & More, as well as Air Canada Aeroplan, Air France-KLM Flying Blue, Qantas Frequent Flyer and Virgin Atlantic Flying Club. Most transfers are made at a 1:1 ratio. Members can also earn Rove miles through flight and hotel bookings or online shopping, without opening a new credit card.

Among other changes, Citi ThankYou Rewards increased from 1.90 to 1.95 cents per point. Air Canada Aeroplan declined from 1.50 to 1.45 cents per point. TPG identifies the Aeroplan estimate as being calculated with data from Gondola, a hotel search and direct-booking platform for frequent travelers.

The article also highlights several current transfer bonuses. American Express is offering a 30% bonus when transferring Membership Rewards points to Virgin Atlantic Flying Club through Nov. 30, and a 35% bonus to Marriott Bonvoy through Dec. 10. Capital One has bonuses for Virgin Atlantic Flying Club and Virgin Red, Air France-KLM Flying Blue and Copa ConnectMiles, with deadlines ranging from Nov. 20 to Dec. 1.

Chase is offering a 30% bonus to Avios through Dec. 1, a 30% bonus to Wyndham Rewards through Dec. 3 and an 80% bonus to IHG One Rewards through Dec. 3. Citi also has a 10% transfer bonus to Cathay Asia Miles through Nov. 14.

For travelers considering a new rewards card, TPG names Southwest Rapid Rewards personal cards as its cobranded offer of the month, with welcome bonuses of up to 90,000 points. Applicants approved by Dec. 2 can have those points count toward Companion Pass qualification, even if the points are posted in 2027.

Other offers listed by TPG include up to 175,000 American Express Membership Rewards points on the Platinum Card, 75,000 Capital One miles plus a $300 Capital One Travel credit on the Venture Rewards card, and up to 100,000 Membership Rewards points on the American Express Gold Card. The Chase Sapphire Reserve is offering 100,000 bonus points, while the Capital One Venture X Business can provide up to 300,000 bonus miles and a $1,000 travel credit, subject to spending requirements and the terms of each offer.

TPG emphasizes that its valuations are editorial estimates and are not supplied or endorsed by card issuers, airlines or hotel companies. The publication also discloses that it may receive compensation from partners when readers click links, are approved for products or open accounts.
