Citi’s AAdvantage Business card is offering 75,000 bonus miles to new cardholders who spend $5,000 on purchases within the first five months of opening an account. The offer matches the highest bonus reported for the card, according to The Points Guy’s review of current Citi / AAdvantage offers.

The bonus is valued at $1,088 using The Points Guy’s November 2026 estimates. The card has no annual fee for the first 12 months, followed by a $150 annual fee. The fee is scheduled to rise from $99 to $150 on January 24, 2027.

Cardholders earn 2 miles per dollar on eligible American Airlines purchases, as well as purchases at cable and satellite providers, car rental companies, gas stations and telecommunications merchants. They also earn 2 miles per dollar in one selected category: U.S. shipping providers, office supply stores or U.S. advertising services. Other purchases earn 1 mile per dollar. The listed rates for AAdvantage Hotels and Cars bookings are due to change on January 24, 2027.

The card includes a free first checked bag for the cardholder and up to four companions on the same reservation when flying a domestic American Airlines itinerary. Cardholders who spend $30,000 during a cardholder year and renew the card can also receive a companion certificate. It allows a companion to join a qualifying domestic round trip in the Main Cabin for $99, plus taxes and fees.

Citi limits applications to one card every eight days and two within 65 days, with no more than one business card application every 90 days. Its 48-month rule also prevents applicants from earning a welcome bonus on the same AAdvantage card if they received that bonus during the previous four years.
